Thank you for shopping at PawzStore.shop! We appreciate your business and strive to provide quality products at affordable prices.

1. All Sales Are Mostly Final

Most items sold on PawzStore.shop are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Please review product descriptions and sizes carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, didn’t like the product, etc.)

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, design, or packaging

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Eligibility)

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify, you must provide:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged or defective item

  • Photo of the original packaging

  • Order number and contact information

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost. Refunds for damaged items are issued only at our discretion.

3. Lost Packages

If your order shows as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, you must file a claim with the carrier.

PawzStore.shop is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Stolen packages

We may assist you in checking the tracking information, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is ever approved, the customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the item is properly packaged

We do not provide prepaid labels.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment fees will apply.

Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to incorrect addresses unless approved at our sole discretion.

7. No Returns on Clearance or Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale with no exceptions.
